New TV Listening Product Significantly Improves Patients' Satisfaction With Hearing Aids 10/24/2005

Petaluma, CA A California hearing professional has found that over 90% of his patients report better hearing aid satisfaction after installing the new Field home loop system from Phonic Ear. The Field is also compatible with telephones, providing binaural hearing through the loop.

As patients are waiting to be seen, they can't possibly miss the silent television with the sign next to it that reads "To hear the TV put your hearing aid on the T position". If patients are wearing T-coil equipped hearing aids, they flip the switch (or press the button) and are amazed at how well they are able to hear.

How FIELDTM works.

1. The FIELD sits near a TV speaker. No complex connections are necessary.
2. A wire inconspicuously circles the listening area creating the FIELD. Installation is simple, requiring only basic "handyman" skills. A step-by-step illustrated guide is included with every purchase.
3. The patient switches their hearing aid to the "T" position -- and that's it! And now they can enjoy a strong, clear TV signal from anywhere in the room -- at a volume that is comfortable for everyone!
