Dr. Sandra Wendschlag has been practicing Audiology since 1986. Prior to opening Landmark Hearing Services in 1997, she worked 11 years as a hearing care specialist for a large audiology group.
In 1986, she received her Masters degree in Audiology followed by earning her Doctorate degree through Arizona School of Health Science in 2003. As a licensed professional she continues her education hours staying at the cutting edge of the hearing care industry.
Consumer Business Review named Dr. Sandra, Sunnyvale’s “Audiologist of the Year.” For her humanitarian interests she received the Bucharest Street Children’s Project, “Hope Giver Award” and has traveled to Tanzania to provide hearing solutions using solar powered hearing devices. In addition, her office has donated $12,000 to build a well in Africa and has given over $11,000 to Help One Child – a local agency helping foster kids and caregivers. Since the beginning, her practice has been centered on professionalism, personal care and integrity.
Dr. Sandra is married and has three adult children.

For over 20 years Amy has been immersed in the field of audiology. Early in her career Amy was able to assist her grandfather with hearing devices and she’s been helping others ever since. She’s worked with patients of all ages across a wide spectrum of specialties including amplification, pediatrics, and vestibular assent. In her professional experience, Amy has served as an audiologist for 10 years with PAMF from 2003 to present with prior experience at clinics in Los Gatos and San Jose.
Amy has a special passion in the area of tinnitus and provides assessment, counseling and personalized management programs for both tinnitus and sound sensitivity disorders, including hyperacusis, decreased sound tolerance, misophonia, and phonophobia. Amy has been certified with Tinnitus Practitioners Association and holds a membership with the American Tinnitus Association. Additionally, she’s a resident consultant in the Palo Alto ATA, a sponsored support group.
She earned her BA in 1992 from San Jose State University in Communication Disorders and Sciences, and her Masters Degree in Audiology from San Jose State University in 1994. Following her postgraduate work Amy received her doctorate from Salus University George S. Osborne College of Audiology in 2009. She’s also a Fellow Member of California Academy of Audiology and American Academy of Audiology.
Amy is a native of Sunnyvale, but she hasn’t stopped there. Over the years she and her husband have traveled the world from Europe and the Greek Isles to South America and Asia. Her taste for fine food is just as worldly with Mediterranean, Indian, and Thai topping her foodie list. When she’s not enjoying the outdoors bike riding with her son Cameron, her indoor passion is sitting with her two cats and scouring the latest fashion magazines.

Dr. Brandon Cyrus is our newest Audiologist at Landmark Hearing. Prior to joining the team at Landmark Hearing Services, Brandon worked as a diagnostic audiologist for an otolaryngology clinic.
Brandon graduated with a BA in Speech and Hearing Sciences and Linguistics from The Ohio State University . Having a passion to learn he continued on to earn his Doctorate of Audiology from The Ohio State University. His graduate capstone studied the use of self-help books for patients suffering with tinnitus.
Dr. Cyrus and his fiancée are new residents to the Bay Area, having recently moved from Columbus, Ohio. They are both immersed in wedding planning and loving their new adventure.
Prior to his professional work, Brandon has had the opportunity to work in a number of diverse work environments, from a Pastry Station Chef in a French Bakery, to a Client Service Representative for the largest Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Clinic in the Midwest. Brandon also has an affinity for learning about other languages and cultures, with some fluency in Spanish and American Sign Language, as well as very basic knowledge of Arabic, Somali, and Mandarin Chinese.

For the past 10 years, Heidi has been an important member of Landmark Hearing Services. As the Office Manager and Audiology Aide, she’s responsible for office administration duties and assisting with our patient care. She has earned her Associates Degree in Medical Assisting and is a Registered Audiology Aide.
Heidi is happily married, cares for her younger brother and has a special fondness for her aquatic turtle, Oscar. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and loves to be outdoors hiking.
