Having hearing loss is not only a health issues, it is a quality of life inhibitor. Landmark Hearing’s patient, Marlyn Buddenbaum was diagnosed with hearing loss and was at the point where she could no longer understand her grandchildren. She stated,

“I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Landmark was in my neighborhood. The entire staff was very accommodating, helping me to set up an appointment that fit into my schedule. My husband and I met with Dr. Brandon Cyrus. He explained all the different types of hearing aids, helping me to select a pair that not only fit my personal needs but that also had Bluetooth technology. When I receive phone calls now, it goes directly into my hearing aids for clearer reception! Dr. Cyrus made it an easy learning process, even allowing me to email him directly so that I was able to get the best use of my hearing aids. It has made such a difference in my life, both socially and personally to remain in control. I can understand my grandchildren again!!”

Hearing Story!

“Hearing loss is a mystery. Mine crept up on me slowly. I didn’t really even recognize that I had hearing loss, all I knew was that I couldn’t understand what was happening around me. I struggled daily with conversations from one end of the house to the other, talking on the phone, and frequently I realized that the TV and the radio volumes were becoming an issue for me,” stated Don Zonic.

Don Zonic knew Dr. Sandra was an Audiologist after hearing about her trade at church. After some convincing, he got his hearing tested at Landmark Hearing Services in Saratoga and soon found out that he had hearing loss in one of his ears. Continue reading →

The holiday season is right around the corner!

For the most of us, this joyful season is filled with family dinners, celebrations, gatherings with friends, holiday parties, and an enormous amount of socializing. It is a fun time to bundle up and enjoy the decorations as well as the general magical feeling of happiness that comes along with the season.
