Dr. Sandra Wendschlag has been practicing Audiology since 1986. Prior to opening Landmark Hearing Services in 1997, she worked 11 years as a hearing care specialist for a large audiology group. She sees patients in our Sunnyvale location.

In 1986, she received her Masters degree in Audiology followed by earning her Doctorate degree through Arizona School of Health Science in 2003. As a licensed professional she continues her education hours staying at the cutting edge of the hearing care industry.

Consumer Business Review named Dr. Sandra, Sunnyvale’s “Audiologist of the Year.” For her humanitarian interests she received the Bucharest Street Children’s Project, “Hope Giver Award” and has traveled to Tanzania to provide hearing solutions using solar powered hearing devices. In addition, her office has donated $12,000 to build a well in Africa and has given over $11,000 to Help One Child – a local agency helping foster kids and caregivers. Since the beginning, her practice has been centered on professionalism, personal care and integrity.

Dr. Sandra is married and has three adult children and two grandchildren.

Jovona Diggs  
Au.D., Doctor Of Audiology

– Jovona 

Dr. Jovona Diggs is our newest Audiologist at Landmark Hearing Services. Prior to joining the team at Landmark Hearing, Jovona worked as a diagnostic and dispensing audiologist at an otologist practice and at an HMO. Most recently, she was an educational audiologist in Santa Clara County.

Jovona received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology at California State University, Sacramento (now Sacramento State). She grew up in Northern California and was happy to return to her home state after earning her Doctorate of Audiology from Arizona State University in 2008. She and her husband both love music and enjoy live performances while wearing their custom hearing protection. Jovona also enjoys watching the Olympics and hockey-Go Team USA and Go Sharks!

Audiology Assistant 

THE SOUNDS OF FALLING RAIN. I LOVE WHAT I HEAR. 
– Heidi Nunez

For the past 12 years, Heidi has been an important member of Landmark Hearing Services. As the Office Manager and Audiology Assistant, she’s responsible for office administration duties and assisting with our patient care. She has earned her Associates Degree in Medical Assisting and is a Registered Audiology Assistant.

Heidi is happily married and during her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, time with her dog “Thor”, attending local sporting events, and especially enjoys being outdoors hiking Bay Area trails.
